Hey guys! Sorry I haven’t commented in awhile. It’s ending the year, so I’m overwhelmed with work. I might go back and write some of them this summer. I’ve been experimenting on comic-strip styles recently. I don’t really like this one. I tried to just pencil-shade, so I wouldn’t have to go back and do a lot of computer work, but I don’t think it looks too good like this. I bout a special set of pens to ink the comic as an alternative, but at the moment I have no idea how to use them – I’ll try to get to that soon. The weird looking block in the first panel is a block of Carbonite (I hope you got the Star Wars reference). I also try to use a fractal generator for magical effects; the problem with that is that it’s not amazingly versatile. I can only make 2 colors (4 if you count the inversions) and 2 styles. Luckily, I can combine that with other effects so it looks slightly cooler. :) Also they’re crammed into a teleporter at the end –with a cute magical teleportation beast.
